Don't waste your money hair was shocking supposed to be a loose curl when it came it was afro hair looked nothing like the picture on the website. Customer service told me to send it back and they would exchange it but I would need to pay the repost costs, which I didn't mind. I did this, and have heard nothing after several emails to CS and speaking on live chat 3 times still nothing. If there was a 0 rate I would have chose that. They have my money, the returned product and I have nothing its an absolute joke. This is still not resolved although CS got in touch on here I haven't been refunded so still out of pocket by £86.00 not happy at all

Purchased 34 inch hair extensions. Received 30 inch hair extensions labelled as 34 inches. They refused to send correct item or refund. They ignored my messages so I had to take out paypal case against them. PayPal refunded my money as they would not. I had to pay for return postage. Extremely unprofessional. Extensions were awful quality and smelt awful. Order number: OZ 1960150250H

I love the hair but they have sent me 50 strands short on my clients order of 100 and they won’t reply to my e mails I’m guessing they don’t want to deal with it and send me the rest to correct it so I’m not happy .
