I'm still waiting for my extensions to be delivered. Very frustrated about this situation.

Very happy with the product and timing of order. I just need it packaged in my own packaging and I try communicating that to you but don’t always get it sent in my packaging. How can I make sure that when I order hair that you package it correctly? JB Hair Extensions Josie Borre

I wanted to give these extensions 5 stars because the hair is very good quality the reason. Why i only gave them 3 stars is because I ordered 4 packs of hair and the hair length was un even. Some of the packs hair were longer than others even though they all said 20” on the packaging. There was about a 2” difference in length on two of the packs. I noticed when I opened the packs and placed the hair side by side.

Generally speaking the hair is good quality and arrives on time, but sometimes it’s completely off. There is no phone number to call or text someone and they take forever to respond via email.

I like the hair it was just to thin for my thick hair :(

The shipping was fast, the hair isn't the best. The ends are thin and I ordered the wavy tape in extensions, after the first wash the wave was gone and I am left with stick straight hair. I am disappointed in the product because it doesn't match the texture of my hair that is wavy.

After mixing up my tracking information they were very difficult to get a hold of. Their "customer service number " is just a message machine that never calls back, but when they did contact me via email they were able to "resend" my package and it arrived shortly after. They had some sort of special on stating I would get a free gift with the order ... That didn't happen. The hair it's self seems to be in good quality tho it is very thin. I ordered "10 pc 18inch wavy ash blonde clip ins" and it's colour is true to the photos on the sight.
