Hair is really nice order 2 packs of 22inch and didn't need to use it all so far very happy

THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered two packs of Remy straight hair of the same length. The extensions arrived on time but when I opened them, I saw they had been cut at the tips in a messy attempt to create a straight-line hairstyle. I do not wear my hair in a straight line and do not wish to be forced to do so by Market hair extention. I have tried to contact customer service by phone, by email. Of course they lied on their website using afalse local Canadian number. When you call, there is never an answer because obviously they are in China, 12 HOURS BEHIND OR AHEAD THE REST OF THE WORLD!!! In fact I'm going to call my credit card company and get them involved.

Company is sending me the original Halo that I've come to love and I will continue to purchase from them. Love this. Doesn't come in the white platinum I expected so I wet the weft and placed in a bowl that had Jerico purple shampoo. Worked it in the hair for 3 minutes and rinsed. Color was perfect. I added a clip to each end so it doesn't move. Quality is the best. You can't beat the price. Halo extensions are so easy. The triple weft is really nice but I would buy 2 at different lengths for added length, but you only need one for added thickness. Very happy with this purchase

Just got them today and totally LOVED them!! I just ordered another set, my head is pretty big and I have lotsss of hair and volume. So I'll be needing a little more. But so far so good!! Quality of the hair is perfect. Color matched perfect, I got mine in Natural black, and it is like a very dark brown, so it worked perfectly. ***UPDATE*** Got my 2nd set today (I have a loooot of hair and volume) and I feel FABULOUS!! The quality is amazing.

I ordered hair from this website after seeing the reviews online , and safe to say I won’t be ordering again , I ordered the hair on Friday and I got an email to say it had been dispatched they have taken my money , but both of the tracking numbers they have provided me with they don’t work but after going on the online chat apparently they are certain my hair is on my way to me , don’t see how when I can’t even track it with the tracking numbers they have provided me with haven’t given me an estimated delivery time on my item either!
