Placed 3 orders 2 weeks ago, still waiting for my order. The customer service is awful, I have emailed several times with no reply, I have tried calling the “toll free” numbers where is just rings. The chat bot called Laurel is worse than useless. I have 3 clients this week wanting these hair extensions and not sure they will be getting the service they require

I placed my order on June 17, and it still hasn’t shipped. After contacting customer service, I was assured it would ship the following day, but that never happened. At this point, I’m requesting a full refund, as the order has not been fulfilled and the promised shipment did not occur.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Market Hair Extensions. I placed an order worth almost €400 and have been completely ignored ever since. The tracking information provides no useful updates, and despite emailing and using the live chat multiple times, I still haven’t received any clear information about where my order is or when I can expect it. The chat agents simply say they will email me, but no one ever follows up. They also closed the tab on me when I try to chat to them, this has happened numerous times!! After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not the only customer experiencing this, which is very concerning. As a business owner myself, I understand that delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers who have spent hundreds of euros is unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering until this company improves its customer service and communication.

Contrary to their response I DID NOT recieve anything CLOSE to a satisfactory resolution. Despite sending muliple photos and videos to the ALL FAULTY and broken machine. It is now in the hands of paypal. This company should be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT ORDER from this business. My order arrived weeks late without any communication as to why. The hair was so thin and knotted it was unusable. I repeatedly tried contacting customer service via email and the online chat. They ignore my emails and cut the chat off when they find out I want a refund. Stay well clear of this business. EDIT: still ignoring my emails despite the fake response on here. Hair is NOT human hair as advertised.
