I purchased a Harrington jacket, size large. It is a generous cut and too large for me. I emailed Marcus customer service to initiate a return, only to learn I have to send it back to Italy at a cost of $59 USPS. Rip off. I’ll donate the jacket to a homeless shelter. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

package never delivered and tracking # does not work. Looks like I lost my money but also the item and not way to contact Marcus

I ordered a size XL fleece coat and received a mis-sized Medium coat. The quality was fine but I could not fit into this false XL. I was given no return label and would have had to pay $70 to return the coat to Italy. I refused to spend any more money on a coat I cannot fit into. I am totally disastisfied with the terrible customer service. I am donating the coat to a local homeless center and taking a tax credit for the donation. I will NEVER recommend this on-line store. They have no integrity because they know their garments are mis-sized and are all about money.

It's a SCAM !!! The item was nothing like it looked in pictures. The colour was WAY off, it was at least 2 sizes larger than stated, the fabric, the stitching, and the overall quality was absolutely terrible. There were no manufacturer label, nor country of origin label on the jacket. Just a misspelled hand cut fabric tag that said "Your fashion chuice". Definitely NOT my choice (nor chuice). I wouldn't take it even if it were free. They will not refund the return shipping cost, and they want you to ship the return to Itally !!! The shipping cost to Italy is more than half the price of the jacket. Than they wasted my time with meaningless emails without really addressing the issue to distract me and make me miss the deadline so the PayPal closed the dispute case. Like I said, it's a real SCAM. It's NOT a real store... It's just a guy with a website (anyone can create a professional looking website these days), who takes orders and sends them to someone in China to ship you a garbage product. DON'T fall for it like I did

Item has not arrived yet. Past experience has been positive but I cannot comment on this item until it arrives.

Bought a jacket based on pictures but when it arrived the quality of stitching, fabric etc was appalling. To return, they chose Italy as the place to send it which would have cost more than the item. Funny, but I was told it was sent from Melbourne. Its a massive con. The item wouldn't have made the sale item bin in the Reject Shop it was so poor. And the reason for returning to Italy? Really? The Italians would riot if someone produced clothing to this standard. The Italians should sue you for using their country as part of your con!
