Rather than cover the billing scams, let me deal with the product. The Harry Stone classic windbreaker is made of absolute rubbish, shiny, slippery Chinese recycled plastic bag-style "cloth" with no body or shape to it.

This company shows on the web as a Canadian company. IT IS NOT! Stay away from this company. I ordered a 2XL mens jacket and the one shipped wouldn’t fit a 10:year old kid. Trying to get a refund/exchange involved having to send the wrong product back at my cost to an address I’ve never heard of. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTFIT

I had ordered jackets and received shipment 3 days later than 2-8 days promised. The shippers keep changing and with the tracking number changes. I had ordered as gift, but the person departed …. So now useless.unreliable delivery The material is good, but the design has basic flaws. The 2 front pockets are not at breast level but very near the shoulder ,…. The same is true for inside pocket. Very ergonomically incorrect placement of pockets. Very inconvenient to use. The website presentation gives a false view and is deceptive

I am grateful that Marcus Store staff answered every single email I sent about how long the delivery took. It was several weeks -- the jacket came from China. The overall style is pretty good. There is elastic at the waist, but not the cuffs. The color I ordered is perfect. The materials seem durable, and it is well-made. The sleeves are a bit long, but it's not too tight in front. I'm wearing it today, and I like it. Prices elsewhere for something similar run more than double. I am glad to own this jacket.

I was sent a jacket that was too small. I had ordered an X-Large and this jacket was not X-Large. They offered to give me a credit for the price of the jacket if I shipped it back at my expense. The mistake in sizing was theirs and I didn’t think I should have to pay shipping. Besides, given the situation, I wasn’t confident that they would get the order right the next time. This company is not trustworthy and I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from them. I came across their add in the New York Times and thought that would lend some legitimacy to the company. I learned my lesson.

I was not wanting to provide my review but I received an email from them today asking me to write a review. I am from Canada. When I visited the website the price was quoted as CA$ but I was charged US$ which I found to be unethical. Within 10 minutes of my placing the order I requested cancellation. Their website also mentions that if you cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order, we will be refunded. In response to my request for cancellation, I received an email from David saying sorry order cannot be cancelled and that the product has been shipped. I knew then Mmarcus is a drop shipping company and it is a one man show run by David. All said and done, David was polite in his response but he tried to evade our request and responded like an AI generated polite generic response saying sorry for the inconvenience. Found the product was shipped from China and not the U.S. The jacket is OK quality nothing to write home about. I am keeping the jacket as it is a real hassle to process return with this dropshipping website. I will not recommend ordering from this website
