The Harry Stone jacket has a cheap zipper that does not work well.

I was not wanting to provide my review but I received an email from them today asking me to write a review. I am from Canada. When I visited the website the price was quoted as CA$ but I was charged US$ which I found to be unethical. Within 10 minutes of my placing the order I requested cancellation. Their website also mentions that if you cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order, we will be refunded. In response to my request for cancellation, I received an email from David saying sorry order cannot be cancelled and that the product has been shipped. I knew then Mmarcus is a drop shipping company and it is a one man show run by David. All said and done, David was polite in his response but he tried to evade our request and responded like an AI generated polite generic response saying sorry for the inconvenience. Found the product was shipped from China and not the U.S. The jacket is OK quality nothing to write home about. I am keeping the jacket as it is a real hassle to process return with this dropshipping website. I will not recommend ordering from this website

The order was confirmed with an expected delivery of 4-8 days. There was also a statement that I would be updated every step of the way. Once I was notified it had shipped, I received no updates. The link to the shipping site never worked. It took 16 days for the coast to arrive. No response to email inquiries. Good news is that the coats are really neat and I look forward to wearing them this fall.

I purchased the Harrington Jacket online, but they warned me of the size differences between the US and UK/Europe. So I changed the medium to a large. Unfortunately they did not enlighten me to the fact one would not receive the jacket for a week or more. The normal delivery Is three days or so. But by the time it arrived one was already in the UK. However on their website delivery was free, and one had changed the delivery address before leaving. It still arrived at the US address. Now this jacket is available for between $40-70. But the delivery to the UK cost $73. I will not be purchasing from them again. Too much hassle, aggrevation, messing around and just plain incompetence.

Took a little too long to receive item. Also Item was to Big I need to send it back for a smaller size.

Dear Marcus Store. I received the ordered jacket. Unfortunately, despite following the size given (I chose XL, that's what I wear) the jacket is too big. I want to exchange it for a size L or return it. I have emailed twice about this issue and have not received any feedback. Regards Piotr Lamenta

1. The Size of the order was based on your charts AND arrive bigger thank expected. 2. Returning Is very complex AND very expensive to Italy so I'm real terms return Is just impossible. 3. Not happy, good product in quality terms but unreal in comercial terms. Regards Andrés Diaz
