We bought over a$1500 worth of jackets from the company. Not only did it take 2 months to come in they were more like rain coats thin and flimsy. Not true leather heavy weighted jackets like it described. When we asked to return them due to the issue. I was given a UK return address. We have been dealing with this scam of a company for 6 months now. As they were returned back to us and now the company wants to only give us 80% of our refund. Their site says New York they are not listed in any business directory of New York or the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS A 100% SCAM

Note that there is no stated return policy. I purchased a Harry Stone jacket from Marcus that was too large. I wanted to return it. At first, I was told this: "1) Keep the jacket and receive a 30% discount code for a new order, or 2) Return the jacket at your own expense and receive a discount code equal to the amount you paid, for future use." After appealing multiple times and wanting a refund, I was told that I could return the jacket at my expense for a refund. But here's what I was told: To help us process your return swiftly, please follow these steps: Ensure all the returned items are securely packaged. Be sure to include a piece of paper with your full name, order number, and email address in the package. Visit your local post office and send the package to the Metropolitan City of Bari, Apulia, southern Italy. Yikes! It would have cost me more to ship the jacket to southern Italy than the price I paid for it. I had no choice but to keep the jacket and try to sell it on the secondary market.

This was my first purchase from Marcus Store. The Harry Stone jacket I purchased has become one of my favorites. I will be ordering another one!

Had a mailing issue which was quickly resolved. The Marcus people are very responsive and their products are stylish and good.

Ordered 12/9/2025, supposed to arrive in 2-8 days. Has had my money for 59 days. Package lost, new one sent. Customer service never answered questions. Felt like it was communication with a computer. Asked for refund a minimum of 3 times before new package shipped, never honored. Responded when I filed dispute with credit card company. Save yourself grief.

Watch out for this scam! This is how they play: the item they send is different and cheap cheap compared to the picture they have on website. Then you will want to refund. They will discourage you by sending international shipping address to italy where you will be paying for the shipping. If you ship it anyway, they will deny receiving the item and won't refund your money. The credit card company is the only hope to receive my money back!

This jacket really lasts long. My brother had this for years. Now it's time to get mine.

I would never buy from this store. They sent a jacket that was too small. I notified them and they gave me a return request number within the 2 week return period but never sent me a return address. I requested an address several times. I heard from them after the 2 week return period telling me I cannot return it because it is outside the 2 week return period. They did not want the jacket back
