Saw the ad on google with CAD price. When I purchased it turned in US. Try to cancel my order right after with the email they provide on paypal, it was in the 6 hour window. Never got a reply. They sent the item anyways. Quality was poor. Wanted a refund as they wanted me to send back to Italy with tracking witch would have cost 100 plus $$ So...US based address, the item came from a warehouse in Canada, have to send back to Italy...STAY AWAY

There was a manufacturing issue with a coat I had purchased,and I really liked the coat,so they replaced it for me ,no cost and most gracious about it Refreshing to know there are still companies with something you can’t buy on the internet It’s called integrity,a rare beast in today’s world Highly recommend this company, Cheers Barry

I ordered a windbreaker for $49. I ordered a large. When I finally received it it was barely a medium. It was sized incorrectly. Only choice was to pay $50 at the post office to send it back to Italy for a refund. So I got ripped off of $49. Do not do business with this company.

On May 13 I purchased 2 items. Since, I've asked repeatedly about the status of my order and on May 22 was told: "Since we haven't received tracking info from our delivery partner designated, I'll open an investigation and forward this case to our logistics team to make sure your package is safe and to prioritize it among others. ​​We'll update you as soon as we get a response from them." May 27, no updating and the order was not delivered or the money refunded.

Marcus store sell products that do not match the sizes accordingly. While returning the product customers ate facing postal charges to the remote locations where the returns are not accepted causing another return postal charges. Total price for the items will reach triple amount of original purchase. Stay away from any purchase at Marcus store.

We received the jackets. We are very pleased with the product, fit, material . But most of all we are very pleased with our customer service experience. David was extremely helpful i believe beyond his duty. Greatly appreciated
