Other than a screw-up with the trucking company the experiencewith Marc's was very pleasant. The used wheelchair I bought was good value and I will buy again from Marc's Mobility.

This is a wonderful dealer for mobility scooters. I have issues with my EVRider auto folding scooter and they tried to help my issue and even had it sent to be repaired. Unfortunately, it’s folding on me again and I can describe it as if deflates as soon as I sit on it and I’m only 145 pounds. I have to stand up and re-inflate it by pushing the green button and then turning the kill switch off while I am riding it or not using it. But it’s also not holding a charge even with the kill switch off. I am charging it almost every day. And unfold it several more times. This business has been very helpful and I hope they know how much I appreciate all the advice they are giving me. I know I bother them way too much and I apologize for that. 🥺 I’m not sure what to do because I don’t want to go back to my wheelchair.
