Customer service is top notch. The wheelchair ended up being shipped without the batteries, and they were on the ball and got those to us fast!

The Drive scooter that we purchased in the spring of 2018 was working well until the battery failed. I was alone and hesitant to call my husband so I called Marc's Mobility. After I explained my situation, they offered to come and help me. Alex came soon, checked my battery, verified that I needed a new battery, which he had in the van. He was kind, efficient, and more than competent. I was both relieved and impressed. Thank you, Marc's Mobility!

I had a mobility scooter that would not power and took it in locally for repair. I was told to trash it because it needed a new controller that they don’t make anymore. I called Marc and within days at a reasonable cost I had a replacement controller. Wonderful customer service at a great price. Truly a life saver after my surgery.

I was looking for a motorized chair that I could use in training and showing my dogs (in the breed ring and in performance trials). Needed something that could move at slow and fast speeds with a tight turning radius and a "pivot" in place. Alex matched me up with the right chair and made adjustments to it that reflect what I want to do in it. The company arranged for shipping to my location at the other end of the east coast. The chair arrived in perfect condition and looked new, though its condition was stated as almost new.
