I moved to Saint Cloud,FL two years ago and soon after bought an e-Wheels scooter that worked well for about two years until it recently failed and could not be repaired. So I looked around on line and came upon Marc’s Mobility in Lakeland, FL., only about 50 miles away from me. I saw that they offered the same model eWheels scooter I had, as well as many other scooters for various medical, leisure and transportation needs. The problem I had was that it was almost impossible to find anyone who would or could fix my eWheels scooter. So, my initial intention calling Marc’s Mobility was to see if they could fix my e-Wheels scooter or, if not, what alternatives that had available. When I called Marc’s Mobility last Saturday, Alex, Marc’s son answered, and after explaining my situation to him he spent a good deal of time informing me that he had poor experiences with e-Wheels scooters due to their lack of service, parts and follow up; and that he may even be discontinuing carrying that line as a result. Then, he explained to me that he had recently purchased a brand new electric leisure scooter from a new American manufacturer - distributor he met at a convention. The company is called Freedom Scooters, based in Tennessee. The scooter is the Freedom Chaser 1000 and it is awesome. It is classified as a “leisure” scooter, not a medical mobility scooter; the main reason being that it is equipped with 48 V of power, three speeds and can go as fast as 30mph on a full charge…so, please wear a helmet if you buy this scooter! Alex and his staff had just got it in to his warehouse, assembled it and posted a well produced video of it. He explained all the details of its features to me and he offered to hold it for me until the following Monday. He gave me what I felt was a great price considering that I paid almost the same amount for my e-Wheels EW 18 which has a lot fewer features and is smaller and slower than the Chaser 1000. So, I purchased the scooter on their website and drove out to pick it up today. Marc, Alex and their staff are extremely helpful, kind and attentive. They spent a lot of time with me at their warehouse covering the operating and safety procedures of the scooter, it’s features and warranty, etc. I had the impression that they cared about me, my needs and my safety. I also left with a good feeling about their ability to service the scooter if need be. I seriously doubt I will have any of the same problems with Marc’s Mobility and this scooter that I did trying to get service for my e-Wheels scooter. I am very happy with Marc’s Mobility and feel fortunate to have found them on the web. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wide variety of scooters. Did everything over the phone. Made it easy to do business. Explained everything about the model we wanted to make sure it was the right fit for us. Delivery was spot on time as promised. All good!

After speaking with Sal I felt very comfortable with ordering from Marcs Mobility. When you spend a lot of money from a company in a different state it is a little scary. I was also glad to see they use paypal which is the way I like to pay so that was a plus as well. I purchased a Dignity Deluxe Toilet Lift and Quantum Edge 3 Stretto Wheelchair - 12 inch iLevel Seat Lift #3708. My purchases were received within a few days which was great. My wheelchair looked brand new and works as I thought it would. Sal worked with me to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. Working with Sal from Marc Mobility was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this company to anyone that needs wheelchairs.

We ordered a used Harmar scooter lift from Marc's on Tuesday and it was delivered to our door on Friday. Scott was very helpful in making sure that the lift was the right one for our scooter and made any adjustments it needed to accamodate our scooter. The lift was ready to be attached to our car when it arrived. We are extremely happy with our experience with Marc's and will look to them for any future needs.

My ET10 came on a pallet fully assembled . All you have to do is remove the packings and roll off the pallet and off you go. Great job MM. I will rate the scooter it self on a latter date.
