I recently purchased the Transformer 2 Automatic Folding Scooter. After careful research on which scooter would best meet my and my family's needs, I contacted Marcs Mobility. The service I received was great. All my questions answered. Pricing was inline with other companies I researched. The video's provided additional information. My scooter came exactly on time and was easy to operate. I had additional questions about my 2nd fob for scooter. Marcs Mobility answered all my questions. If any additional services or questions, I was provided where to contact for added information. So far great service.

Fast service, personal touch and exactly the product that we needed. Personal touch with phone calls after we had placed the order and, the Youtube demo of the item that we purchased was the icing on the cake. It's hard to find that type of customer service in these days and times.

THE PERMOBIL WHEELCHAIRS SEEM TO BE THE TOP OF THE LINE , BUT WAS TOTALLY MUCH MORE THEN I COULD AFFORD FOR A NEW ONE. FOUND MARC'S MOBILITY WEBSITE ON YOU TUBE AND WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE PRESENTATIONS OF THE WHEELCHAIRS HE WAS SHOWING. HIS REVIEW GAVE ME A LOT MORE INFORMATION THAN I GOT FROM THE LOCAL DEALER HAD EVER SHOWN ME. PURCHASED A PERNOBLIL F5 #6154 FROM MARC’S WEBSITE, YOU CAN SEE THE REVIEW ON YOU TUBE . DELIVERED MY W.C. WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM FLORIDA TO MY HOME IN TEXAS. BEING, DISABLED AND ALONE , THEY SENT SOMEONE TO UNBOX THE W.C. THE W.C. WAS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION EXCEPT FOR A FEW LOOSE SCREWS WHICH IN TWO DAYS THEY SENT HANDYMAN TO TIGHTEN THEM FOR ME. UNLIKE THE LOCAL DEALER WHICH TOOK THEM OVER TWO WEEKS TO REPAIR MY FIRST WHEELCHAIR WHICH IS NOW MY BACKUP W.C. AFTER TWO MONTHS, THE F5 W.C. IS WORKING JUST FINE. THANK YOU MARC. We live in Hawaii and could not get any vendors here to return calls for a scooter so I went to the Pride Mobility website and sought an online dealer. We could not be more pleased with the customer service for Marcs Mobility. They were efficient, fair, friendly and informative. Very good customer service for sure.
