Great Experience
The decision to purchase a mobility scooter was encouraged by a family member. I don’t need one to be able to move around my home but due to physical limitations I am unable to walk or stand for very long which has limited my participation in outings with my family. We are going on vacation soon and this should enable me to participate in more activities. That is why I was in the market and the why of choosing Marc’s Mobility is because of Alex. From the first contact call to the last he was very honest in his opinion of a choice for a scooter for me and his interest was in making sure I chose one that was suitable for my needs while also taking into account my desires. He didn’t try to oversell which was refreshing. Before choosing Marc’s Mobility I also dealt with a large online seller and a local dealership but I liked the fact that Marc’s was a family owned business and Alex talked more like a friend than a salesman. That plus the other reviews made me choose to buy from them. I have received my scooter and it was as described and I can’t wait to try it out on our vacation!
