Very fast delivery

Excellent experience so far. Shipment and delivery were prompt, and despite unavailability of the cushion color I selected, the company called me and offered to ship with an alternate color, then provide the color I selected at a different time. I was worried about the condition of the chair when it arrived, as the shipping box out was delivered in was badly damaged in transit. However, the chair was well protected on the inside of the package and the wheelchair was unharmed.

They called me right after placing the order to make sure it was the correct chair for my mother. They also had videos to show unboxing and features. I like that it’s a family owned company with personal treatment. They encouraged contacting them with any issues. I like the personal touch.

I am preparing for a minivan purchase and a lift installation, and I had several questions, some technical. I received several helpful responses in an ongoing dialogue, with no hint of salesmanship forced on me. A great spot, and if I were close enough to purchase from them, I would. Thank you!
