Cancelled our tickets without bothering to tell us so we missed all our other connecting flights home and when trying to get conformation that they Cancelled our tickets they claimed we was a no show. There goes £1300

La pire compagnie aérienne!!!! Ils font des problème pour des bagages qui dépassent seulement 1kg et ils demandent 50$ par kg on est où ? Pour 3kg ils ont demandé 150$ ? En plus de ça le personnel très mal éduqué. Parle mal et impose directement les prix on a même pas le temps de réfléchir. En plus de ça tu n’a pas le droit à un sac à dos et une valise en cabine en même temps, c'est soit ça soit l’autre. Et si vous prenez les deux ils peuvent pas dépasser 7kg à deux ?!? Les autres compagnies font jamais de problème comme ça plus jamais !!! Pour un vol qui coûte en plus 1100$ mais plus jamais à fuir !!!!! Ne prenez jamais cette compagnie aérienne !

One would think if you pay much more for MAS business class, you don't have to queue too long to check in , baggage collection or boarding and comfortable business class cabin But no ! MAS has recently gone backwards My recent flight from HCM to Melbourne. 20 minutes to check in , 1 check in counter for business class shared with dozens of enrich members. The economy queue was faster Then same with boarding, business class? So what ,! a long queue almost like economy... there are 2 dozens high priority, non business class in the queue The business class cabin in their new planes have shrunk, you hardly can turn to sleep properly, the legroom is bit wider as a shoe box ,the seats maybe 2 cm wider than an economy class seat The baggage collection similar, takes about 15 mins , with dozens of high priority economy passengers before business class clients. 3 stars given thanks to a very friendly efficient crew who took care of me well Planes also arrived 15 minutes early. Well done So to pay more than double for business class,? NO, better of stay in economy or try somewhere else for better value

Realised after booking that middle names are required for MA. Emailed to amend but told to call, with a ref number. Phoned and put on hold for 20 minutes to then pay by an email link which I could have done from the start. Cost me £30 to phone Malaysia and £120 to add middle names. Really poor service.

I had selected a window seat for each of my 4 longhaul flight legs on a return trip. Then I clicked on the “upgrade to lounge pass and extra legroom” button in Manage my Booking to see what seat options were available. There were no options for my second flight so I went back to my booking to find that my original seat allocation was gone. 😳 They had cancelled it before I had a chance to decide if I wanted a better seat - which wasn’t even available. The live chat people took ages to tell me there was “nothing they could do”. I had to PAY for a new seat selection. Because they cancelled my seat when I responded to their advert for an upgrade. It is incredible. Appalling.

The worst airline I have ever travelled on & our tickets were not cheap! Our flight was delayed, therefore missed our connecting flight. No apologies, shit customer service from Malaysia airlines. No guidance by staff as to where out gate was. We were stuck in malaysia for 24hrs. I paid extra for check in luggage. Argued with staff for exactly 1.5hrs proving which leg of the flight my extra baggage was for but she kept insisting she was right! Even though i had proven to her with my written invoice but she still insisted on arguing with me for 1.5hrs! Then they charged us $360USD (yes in US dollars for 1kg extra!) for being 1kg over!!! Then our return flight was changed and again we were stuck in malaysia this time for 6hrs! ON top of everything else, they damaged 2 of my luggages! I WILL NEVER FLY WITH MALAYSIA AIRLINES AGAIN EVEN IF THEY PAID ME!!!!
