Don’t risk it !
Decent experience London to KL but that’s where it ended. After the 2 hours layover we boarded the next aircraft on to sydney but it was at least 30 years old, the plastic fittings were so old they were turning yellow and then, after an hour sitting in our seats feeling uncomfortable about the age of the aircraft, the captain announced it had a problem but we would still have to sit there while they tried to fix it. Two more hours just sitting there and they announced it was broken and we were all herded back into the gate where we just sat with no info until they announced a new flight, 13 hours later !!! It was chaos. No offers to compensate, no replies to the dozen or so attempts to speak to customer service, no nothing. Spend the extra money and go with a proper airline although our tickets were £2k each so it wasn’t even cheap.
