Thank you, Stefanie, for sharing your feedback about the crayons! We're so sorry to hear that they break when your grandson draws with them. That is not the magical experience we want you to expect with anything you buy from us here at Maisonette. We're forwarding your concern to the manufacturer so they are aware of this issue. We're also going to forward this to our merchandising team so we can continue to evaluate the quality of the products sold on our site. Additionally, we went ahead and processed a full refund for your order. We're also sending you something extra special for your grandson to replace the crayons. As always, please feel free to reach back out to us if there is anything else we can do. Thank you for being the best part of the Maisonette family! :) -Team Maisonette
