I always have a great experience with maisonette because the products are gorgeous. The clothing is very good quality and stylish. It is expensive but it’s worth it. Shipping is a bit slow, as far of customer service everything is by email and returns take a long time to process. App does not have features that the website has . Other than that the products make everything worth. Thank you Maisonette.

We ordered a cute P'kolino bunk bed from Maisonette, which arrived promptly. However, all of the hardware was missing, as was one of the bed's parts. Fortunately, Maisonette's customer service acted swiftly, and interactions via phone and email were relatively quick. (Previous times we've ordered bigger, more expensive items on the website, we've been a bit disappointed in some way; for example, a play kitchen had a defective part and they could not send a replacement because the item was out of stock. But Maisonette was able to offer a discount for the inconvenience.) While we have yet to build the bed, we are generally happy with the purchase and the customer service experience. We also hope that future purchases of brands on Maisonette are smoother.

I was ready to order Capri Hat but no idea what size! I emailed customer care and within 24 hours got an answer/size chart. I ordered the correct size and excited for the hat to arrive
