Best Service Experience
The Maisonette service team is one of the best in e-commerce. They are incredibly responsive (I received a response to my email within ten minutes), helpful, knowledgeable and polite. My issue was resolved right away with no back and forth required - very unusual with service inquiries these days! I’m a life-long Maisonette shopper, largely in part due to their awesome service support. Thank you, Maisonette!

My grand son wanted a Thomas the Train…
My grand son wanted a Thomas the Train wooden train car. I ordered it and within a hour I tried to cancel the order. It wasn't the train car he wanted. Was told initially it wasn't possible. I emailed their "customer service". Was allowed to cancel the order but it cost me $9.95. Stay way far away from this ripoff company.
