Regarding cancellations, once an order moves into processing it can be difficult to stop, especially when it’s already been prepared for dispatch, which is why we were unable to cancel it at that stage. We understand this was disappointing, especially given your timing for Christmas. We also hear your concerns about shipping origin and expectations. We do work with international fulfillment partners to get orders out as efficiently as possible, but we understand this wasn’t clear enough and we’re sorry for any confusion this caused.
