Lexi
The product is exactly as pictured. My 11 yo son was genuinely stoked.

Customer D.
Took months to get the order delivered. No communication or replies to my requests. Edit (9/4/26): A direct reply to my email would have been far more helpful than responding here. The absence of any real attempt to resolve the problem only validates the 1‑star review.

Hi Customer D, I’m really sorry to read about your experience and understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long for your order without receiving replies to your messages. We are a small family-run business, and during the holiday period we experienced a sudden and unexpected increase in orders after going viral, which caused delays in dispatch and responses. We’re sorry that the communication did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Kind regards, MagnetChess
Mike
Good product but took a long time to be delivered?

This vendor even games their "rate us on trustpilot" email by sending me to their contact form if I click 1-3 stars, and sending me to trustpilot if I click 4 or 5 stars. This is a pretty untrustworthy behaviour, especially given the site they're sending me to is about "trusted reviews", and they're even gaming that.

I ordered on December 11. It is January 17 and I have not received it. I filled a dispute with my credit card company. Do not order!

Bob
This is a great little product in a handy sachet. Communication with the guys was positive. It took a while to arrive which is not their fault, I guess, but the tracking process by the delivery provider was not great.

I ordered a set of 3 for the kids birthday and they never showed up. I emailed them twice and never heard back from them. I had to put in a claim through my CC for a refund.

Leon
The delivery time tooks weeks and misses Christmas, which is what it was bought for. Additionally, the size of the pieces are not as represented in the adverts. They are very small, which is a problem if you have children under 3 as this product represents a major choking hazard. Do not buy from this company.
