Due to a high volume of holiday orders, delays occurred and some parcels were mishandled by the courier. That said, we sincerely apologize, we should have followed this up much sooner. Regarding safety concerns, our product undergoes strict quality control before every production run and complies with international safety standards. It is not included in any recall or safety notice. The magnets are tested for durability and correct size, and we have never had a safety incident related to our game.
