Let me tell you Mad rabbit is awesome!!! I placed an order and my package was showing as delivered however there was nothing in my (locked) mailbox. I reached out to post office and just got the run around. I reached out to MAd rabbit and Stacy quickly started working with me. We waited a couple days to see if post office would resolve my lost package bit they did not. So shortly after Stacy offered to replace or reimburse. Of course I chose the replacement.
