I ordered my tattoo balm over three weeks ago and still no sign of it. I tried tracking the item and i am told tracking number not found and the website shows its still in transit from US since 3 weeks ago. Turns out it has been lost in transit, who knows where. Finally heard from support and they are organising a replacement but means the gift wont arrive in time. Next time i would allow 6 weeks to be safe.
