Due to items in my order being out of stock it was slightly delayed, but the customer service I received from a lady called Sarah was brilliant, she was very professional and kept me informed with any updates regarding my order, which thankfully did arrive in time for my holiday. I did buy the kit mainly for the SPF sun lotion for my new tattoos and it did work brilliantly I burn like a crisp and then blister but with this I had no sun damage at all. haven't used all of the products yet but I do like how the enhance balm stick makes my tattoo look like it was done yesterday. I would highly recommend mad rabbit for tattoo care.

I had a great experience with their customer service. I just got a new tattoo and bought a few of their products. I have only used the soothing gel so far, but it is working well. I had soreness the first couple days and the gel helped. I’m looking forward to using the balm once able. Recommend.

I learned of Mad Rabbit from my tattoo artist. I love the refresh gel samples she sent home with me that I immediately ordered the aftercare kit and pump lotion. I had an issue with the US Postal Service but Sarah in customer service was SUPER helpful and kind. My second package arrived just in time for my half sleeve.
