Never received the products I ordered. No repsonse after calls and emails.

Due to items in my order being out of stock it was slightly delayed, but the customer service I received from a lady called Sarah was brilliant, she was very professional and kept me informed with any updates regarding my order, which thankfully did arrive in time for my holiday. I did buy the kit mainly for the SPF sun lotion for my new tattoos and it did work brilliantly I burn like a crisp and then blister but with this I had no sun damage at all. haven't used all of the products yet but I do like how the enhance balm stick makes my tattoo look like it was done yesterday. I would highly recommend mad rabbit for tattoo care.

The customer support is fantastic. They resolve issues, when they rarely come up and of my own mistake not theirs, quickly and kindly. The products are next to none in terms of quality. I use them exclusively.

I have been using Mad Rabbit product for a couple of years and love all of it. I recently ordered more of sunscreen. I had issues with the delivery and Mad Rabbitt help to resolve it the issues, quickly and professionally. They are there for you before and after the sale. I signed up for their reocurring subscription service and their tattoo club membership which is supposed to offer cash back on your orders in quarterly gifts. In 12 months I actually received only six orders. The other 6 months then said they didn't have the product in stock. In the 12 months that I had the tattoo club membership not once tonight ever receive one of the quarterly gifts that you were supposed to get. To add insult injury you get a 10 less than 2 oz in size for nearly $14... If you want to try the product and buy it once and see but don't fall for their membership or subscriptions unless you just feel like giving away your money... 100% money grab.

Placed and order, didn't ship within the 3 to 5 days as stated. Contacted support and they told me one item was out of stock. I asked them for a refund and they were quick to process it. Can't say anything about the product but the customer service was consistent and helpful.
