Was looking to locate and track my package, was having difficulty finding information so I emailed. I got a very prompt and friendly email back from Jenna with all the details I needed!! To my suprise it ended up being in the mailbox when I got home!! So excited to try the product!

Their customer service is unparalleled. Rebecca kept me updated during the entirety of my order. Rebecca was prompt and polite. This is without a doubt the best customer service I've ever had. I would order again just based on that alone. Onto the product. I was skeptical at first. Thinking theres no way this balm can do anything that lotion doesn't. Well I was very wrong. I have a 10 year old black and grey tattoo. It's been in the sun unprotected from UV. I used the balm and...I haven't seen this tattoo look this good since the day it was fully healed. This product is phenomenal. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

I haven’t gotten a tattoo from you guys because I live in a different state but I ordered some balm from you guys that I like 👍

Mad Rabbit works amazingly and especially coming from someone with darker skin, I highly recommend this line. Jenna has also been checking up to make sure that the product I ordered works and the delivery went well.

I recently received my first order from Mad Rabbit. My package had the soothing gel but was missing the balm. I messaged my customer support rep Leah and she promptly emailed me back. Mad Rabbit made receiving my missing items easy and painless. I’ve been using the soothing gel on my first tattoo for 3 days now. Because it’s my first tattoo I don’t have much experience to go off of but so far I have been happy with the product.

I've just started using Mad Rabbits 🐇 tattoo balm (frankincense & lavender) not overly scented so you don't smell like your grandmother going to church. So far I love the way it makes the old ink & new ink look better. Just bought the 3 pack balm (one of each scent) just to see if I like one scent better than the other. Going to be doing more business in the future.
