Mad rabbit is an excellent product as far as price and quality. The balms last for HOURS before needing re application, the sunscreen is very gentle on the skin AND clothes. Customer service is phenomenal, every time I email their help department, they respond promptly with a reasonable solution. Jessica, for instance, has made me feel like she’s my assigned customer service rep. It’s the kind of thing that makes me want to be a loyal customer.
