Recently made a purchase, customer service is awesome with constant updates on my order. Excited to receive my product!

I haven’t yet used the balm, so my experience is strictly based on the customer service experience I had encountered. Quick rewind, I placed an order shortly after moving into our new house. However, the one thing I failed to update was my auto fill info. The product had shipped to my old address. I received a confirmation email that it was delivered and I went in search for this product. I walked all around my house and down over the hill for the 1/4 mile journey to the mailbox and could not find it. I clicked on the email and saw the dreadful news that it was delivered to my old house. I immediately reached out to inform the MR team that there was a mix up. I contacted the post office and was told that they had to wait and see if it was going to be returned. Unfortunately, it was sent straight back to MR. Fast forward to Leah. Leah took the bull by the horns and walked me through everything. Professional, straight to the point and understanding. Leah handled everything and had issued a replacement shipment to be sent out. I’m currently awaiting for the new arrival so that I can get some use out of this product. Leah hands down is deserving of a raise! Apologies to rest of the MR service team! I’m sure y’all are wonderful as well, but only have experience working with Leah to get this resolved.

Bought the 3 pack. Used the Soothing gel on the 2nd week after I had my tat, it was brilliant. Then onto the balm for color and vibe, looks brand new. Used Sun tan lotion while on the lake, no burns. Best $50 I spent in a while.

Bought the the starter pack 3 days after getting two thigh pieces…showed up quickly in 2 days. So far I’ve used the soothing gel to help along the healing process and it’s awesome. It’s exactly that … very soothing. Used the enhancing balm on some other older tattoos and it’s awesome too. The coconut vanilla smells great and definitely recommend these products for anyone with body art.
