Mad Rabbit products are absolutely amazing! My tattoos have never looked brighter, and my skin is so moisturized! When my body wash came in, it came damaged from shipping, totally not MR's fault by any means. Leah gave me a couple options to help with the situation and she was very understanding and helpful. I'm giving my customer service experience five stars because when I realized I was quite allergic to something in the tattoo soothing gel and wouldn't be able to use it, Rebecca didn't hesitate at all to help and offer a full refund immediately. I would certainly recommend those with tattoos give Mad Rabbit a try because even if it doesn't work out for you, you will be taken care of by customer service in sorting it out!
