The online consultant (leah) was an excellent representative in the madrabbit company. She was professional, kind and courteous making available any assistance necessary.

Great product, nice people

Ordered the lotion, tattoo balm (coconut scent is amazing) and the soothing gel. All their products are awesome and work really well, especially the soothing gel! Jenna with the support team was super helpful and answered all my questions and provided advice and assistance with tracking in a very professional and helpful way!

Thank You Rebecca for your quick response and help with my order!! The balm smells great! I’m gonna need to order the soothing gel considering I have an appointment to get some more work done.

The customer service team has been incredible. Continuous check-ins and support if needed. Leah has been awesome! Can’t wait to receive my product.

THX for the service Rebecca🤟😝

I really love the product line! Since most of my body is tattooed, it’s great to find a company dedicated to that!!

This product is so awesome
