Very helpful with getting me a replacement product

Great product. Noticed immediate enhancements of all my artwork. Came to work and passed the can around like a fifth of whiskey. Smells great, light and non greasy.

This item is amazing and it really does work. My tattoos don't look faded anymore and have more color. Also, the customer service rep Rebecca was very attentive and constantly provided me feedback on the status of my package.

I bought some Mad Rabbit originally on Amazon for my son who is active duty military, frequently goes out in the field, and was getting ready to deploy. He loved it and was so impressed by this product. I am getting ready to get a new tattoo and repair an older one so when I saw there were newer scents and more products I found the Mad Rabbit website. Not only was the website cheaper but they hooked me up immediately with a customer service representative without me asking for help or having any trouble with ordering. She's been super nice and I'm looking forward to getting my order.

MadRabbit has excellent customer service. Had a small issue (not their fault) and it was addressed immediately. Rebecca was my CSR, she is excellent.

It has been amazing talking to and working with them. Rebecca has answered all of my question very quickly and provided all the information I needed. Can't wait to use more of their amazing products.

First of all I love this product! On my recent order i left of my apartment number. Instead of just shipping it and having it get lost, they reached out to get the information. Many companies would not take the time! Fabulous customer service!

Have bought their products, had some issues with the delivery but their quick customer service helped in sorting out all the issues...cant wait to use their products and will be posting once more with respect to the products itself... special shoutout to Rebecca for helping us through everything.
