As promised
We have only used the mats for a few weeks but they seem as advertised. They also made a mistake on our order but they quickly resolved and corrected the order with new mats. Great customer service.

color match
I ordered a new runner and when I unrolled the mat rug the color is dark and looks plum! I asked for maroon and the shipping label said maroon! Very disappointed in color, and not happy at all

Good Morning Joseph. Sorry that you are unhappy with the color. Sometimes people have different ideas of what colors are. That appears to be the case here. That said, we want you happy. We can take the mat back at no charge to you and refund your money if that will suffice. Other factories offer products that they also refer to as maroon that we can provide to you. Good Morning. There is a wide selection of matting products as you are well aware. Many times, but not always, higher quality comes at a higher price point.
