Shipped wrong color. I recieved dark brown instead of medium brown. I decided to live with the dark brown rather then to go through the return shipping process. Also,sizing is confusing. For example: 8.4’ and 12.2’ long seem to be accurate measurements while mats that are listed to be 5’ and 6’ are actually shorter by a few inches. Makes a difference when working with small spaces. That said, Ben was a pleasure to work with in customer service.

The product was great once it arrived, but we did have to remind the manufacturer the order was made and waited three plus weeks to receive it.

I was sent the wrong color matt but Mad Matter said they would send the one I ordered. I ordered the matt on 3/26. Its now 4/30 and I have yet to recieve it

we really like the rugs just wondering why it took just over three weeks for delivery?

Great quality products, however, description was not explicit in detailing that my product would arrive in multiple pieces. Overall, a fair shopping experience.

Orde4rd a mat from this company. Waited the two weeks suggested on the website only to find out the order had fallen through the cracks. They have promised to "rush" the order and apologized for the delay.
