Gary went over and above in helping me. I ordered two mats, searching for the right color for my kitchen. He monitored the return to the manufacturer, then helped absorb the restocking fee on the returned mat. Can't ask for better!

I ordered 2 Wellness Mats on November 6, 2015. Within a week, I received 1 mat from a company that I suppose was a third-party vendor. I did not recognize the name of the business and the packing slip said that my order was complete. I have checked on the Mad Matter website and today, November 13, my order is listed as awaiting shipment. Therefore, I am a bit confused about who I received the first mat from and when I will receive my second mat. I am anxiously awaiting the second mat because the first one looks great and the quality is superior!

The associate we worked with was extremely helpful and she appeared very experienced with the product. The mats that we ordered and received have better quality that others purchased from a national company and the pricing was much better! I think we got a great deal!

From Mad Matter - I ordered two Entrance Mats - Hobnail - both in the Sand color. I was pleased with the quality of the runners, but dissapointed they don't match. The 4' x 7' is darker than the 3' x 6'. The rugs are close together in a small office, so it is very noticable.

I was looking for an indoor doormat for my home's entryway in a custom size; I checked out a few websites and ultimately decided to order from here. I'm so glad I did! I received my Waterhog classic entrance mat and I am in love! I ordered it in the camel color with fashion border and it looks super nice; very good quality. We'll see how it holds up, but so far I am very pleased!
