Benjamin was great with helping us get the correct color mat. We ordered a dark grey mat and it came to us with a very strong hint of blue. We asked if it was possible to get black instead because the mat was more blue than it was grey. Benjamin made it very easy for us to get a new one. We are definitely happy customers. I used the 'chat' function to inquire about some mats. In response, I received friendly, "above and beyond" customer service. The person I spoke to texted me some pictures of a specific color mat I was interested in which helped me make my final decision. I ordered two mats which turned out great. The mats are well made, too. I definitely recommend Mad Matter and will use them again.
