So far so good! Sometimes requesting a custom order can be difficult. Expressing thoughts and ideas across a messaging system such as email or text doesn’t always get interpreted properly. Benjamin was very helpful and made sure he understood what I was asking for as we worked through getting my wants incorporated into the product.
