The Mad Matter, IncReviews of madmatter.com

Orde4rd a mat from this company. Waited the two weeks suggested on the website only to find out the order had fallen through the cracks. They have promised to "rush" the order and apologized for the delay.

Likes the rugs, but they were not available in all sizes that I needed

Excellent value for the buck. I had one made to size and wasn't disappointed. Already ready to order more for another site. Would recommend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered samples in order to choose product. They got lost somewhere, but when I notified the company, they were quick to get more out to me. The downside was that the samples were not labeled with their color ways. I was fortunately able to figure it out. Ordering was simple. Tracking numbers came jumbled up and so it was confusing but again customer service straightened it out quickly.

The service was really good and we got them faster than we expected. Our employees are really happy with quality and comfort of mats. I thought they were a little high priced but quality is really good and hopefully, they last a long time.

This company had great CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have no complaints. Benjamin S, was a great help!

Excellent quality, perfect fit, and amazing price, and delivered in a timely manner. I ordered 3 hobnail entrance mats in 3 different sizes. One for my long foyer area (12ft long), back sliding door, and garage entry. I love all 3. They keep the dirt in the mat and I vacuum and its all clean. I chose a gray and the color is as shown. The best part is that they feel great under our feet and the low profile of the mats, doesn't make them look clunky. Thank you from one very happy owner!!! I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Mad Matter for all your mat needs. We have purchased for our commercial kitchen and have been happy with the product and with customer service. charles green
