I ordered the door matt and it is pretty much what i expected. Although i am using it in front of my recliner since it is personalized.

I've reached out numerous times too this company ! And there customer service was excellent and shipping took awhile but it was worth it cause my granddaughter loved the pillow thank you for making her Christmas special

I can't even give a review cuz we're on fat 27 and it hasn't even arrived. It's a birthday gift but so much for that. Just received it 28 days later. I will say this is false advertisement 😤 the photo looks 3D and it's just a stamp. Not even the same colors. There's 2 areas and one says dish washer safe and then another that says hands wash only.

If I could put zero stars I would!!! You would be far better to just take your money outside and burn it. The product is absolutely nothing like what appears in the advertisement. Do not under any circumstance buy from this company! Can I be more clear? It's a complete scam.

Highly disappointed in quality vs what was advertised!!! Nice ornaments vs shrinky dinks.

It’s cute but smaller than expected and yes i thought it was 3 d but i do still like it!

These people are crooks. They show AI advertisement and then send you flat plastic just and send an automatic article explaining how they are ripping you off. They should be investigated and shut down for false advertising and robbing people. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I was very excited to get this ornament. When it arrived it was a flat acrylic ornament and not a 3-D design. Maybe I misread the description, but the photo was misleading. It is very nicely made with bright colors and is a thick acrylic- so it will be durable. After my first shock at opening it, it is very nice. The shipping times in the listing were not accurate at all. I ordered on Nov 19 and this arrived Dec 22. So if you need this in 8-10 days do not expect it to be on your doorstep in that time frame. I have a very successful Etsy shop and know that shipping can be difficult in November and December, but I do not feel the seller was upfront about shipping times in their listing description. I would also suggest indicating clearly somewhere in the description that this is not a three-dimensional ornament that it is a flat acrylic design.
