Looks Nothing Like the Photos
I ordered this Christmas ornament on December 1st and did not receive it until 21 days later, which already made it useless for much of the holiday season. Based on the product images and description, I genuinely believed I was ordering a custom family ornament similar to the ceramic ones commonly sold at malls. What I received instead was a flat, 2D plastic sticker. The quality is extremely poor. The image is so small that you cannot even read the names of my children, which defeats the entire purpose of a personalized ornament. I paid $22 for the ornament and an additional $7 for a storage box because I assumed it was ceramic and wanted to protect it. That alone should show how misleading the advertisement was. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The product I received looks nothing like what was advertised, and the listing is incredibly deceptive. I would never purchase from this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
