MacustomReviews of macustom.com

Took longer than stated to arrive. Was not what was shown in advertisement. Was expecting an actual item that stood up not a flat dull looking ornament.

Not what I expected. Advertisement made it seem like a 3d ornament. Ceramic or glass maybe, what I got was a printed picture under a thin peace of plexiglass or acrylic. It did look nice and I will keep putting it up each Christmas, but not what I was expecting at all.

I wish I had read the reviews before I spent my hard earned money with this company ! Their products are totally different from the photos! So disappointing! I ordered two Christmas gifts from them and both were terrible misrepresentations!

I got a family Christmas tree ornament and it was so small you can’t even read the names! I paid almost $30 for something that wasn’t even worth ten. What a rip off spend the same amount at Etsy and get way better products.

Ornament was not three dimensional as presented. Extremely disappointed in what I received. Not worth the money. Sadly it was a gift Did not receive in time. Got constant runaround trying to figure out the status of my order.

I never received my product. The company says it was delivered but the post office says no and my ring camera says no. It’s was a Minnie ornament for my wife from my son. Both were upset.

The advertisement is misleading. What was pictured was an actual figurine 3D ornament. Instead I got a small piece of plastic, with a picture of the figure in it and the font size for our names is so small, I can barely see them. I will never buy from this company again.
