The quality of the art is awesome and super cute. It is exactly like the picture. My only concern was that it looks more like an indoor mat because I live in Alaska. Not sure how it will hold up, we shall see. Haha! It arrived fairly quickly, unlike most places that take 3 months. I also bought a cute little Halloween toilet tank sticker and it, too, is awesome.

I awarded four stars as the mug’s depth did not match its print representation. However, on all other aspects it is a beautiful mug. I am surprised that protective holders are charged an additional fee. It seems this is a standard practice to protect the product. Shipping and breakage should not be a concern for the customer. The product should arrive in perfect condition so that customers can appreciate its quality.

The concept of a 3D looking picture of a personal bookstore with open doors was great. I don’t think it was made clear that the resulting product would not look like the advertisement.

Ordered 'Yoda Best Dada" little pillow for Father's Day and it's so cute! The force is strong in our family so it fits in perfectly!

Took a while to get the mug I ordered and it was smaller than I hoped but other than that it’s exactly as described and I am very happy with it!!

Everything went smoothly except for being able to track the shipment

Ordered a mother's day gift and shipping got it here on mother's day. Since the item was being shipped from China I was nervous it was going to be late but it arrived literally on time. The item was perfect and the mom loved it. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the lightning was different than what was advertised. Otherwise, a fantastic gift and the receiver was so happy she almost cried. Thank you for making the day for her
