The ornament is nice but definitely not what I expected based on the published item description. I expected an ornament that was multi-dimensional that had width, height, length & depth, a 3D ornament. What I got was a flat, round ornament with a picture type image. It was personalized as I requested but overall nothing like what I expected. Not worth the price.@

The look and feel of the rug I ordered was all that I hoped it would be. It’s a Christmas gift for a friend of mine.

Ornament listing photo is heavily doctored. Looks like you are getting a 3D ornament, but what comes is a thin sheet of screen printed, clear acrylic. I went back to check the listing and make sure I hadn’t missed something. The description is so minimal, it doesn’t make clear what you are actually getting. Completely false advertisement.

I loved the ornament but did not realize it was flat. it looked more 3D when looking at it on the website. Order and shipment time was great.

I thought I was going to get a 3D ornament not a flat ornament. I also was very disappointed at how small things turned out to be. I dont think it was a good value for how much I paid for it. I cant even read my name on the sleeve.

I didn’t realize the ornament was flat in the picture. It looked like it went all the way around like it was 3-D so I was disappointed that it was just a flat plastic ornament. I bought it as a gift so I don’t know if the recipient will like it or not but I hope so. It’s still kinda cute.

I had to go back to the original ad to see if they gave an accurate description of the size. Though the ad made the item look larger than it was, it was as described, in small print. If I had noticed the actual size, I would not have purchased it.
