Shipping and ordering were good. The description of the P-40 fighter wind vane was not great. Expectation was a 3D wind vane with at least a propeller that spins in the wind. It is an all one-piece flat 2D plastic wind vane. I would not put this in my yard at all. I have several types of these. For $65, I expected a lot more, very disappointed.

I ordered a magic changing mug. No issues with ordering or delivery; actually shipped and received pretty fast. The actual design on the mug is adorable; however, the mug must be completely filled with piping hot liquid to reveal it. Furthermore, the design goes away as the beverage is consumed. Great idea but doesn’t work unless you just want a mostly black mug. I wish there was an option for a regular mug with this design and not the magic changing.

The MOM Mug was nice, but very expensive--3 times what I'm paying for a customized Marine Corps mug for my father on Father's Day. Shipping also took WEEKS and missed Mother's Day. I sent a note to the company about these two issues and never received a reply.

I was really excited to receive my mug but I do not feel the quality matches the price. The mug changes only for a few minutes and must be piping hot in order to reveal the picture. Cute idea but not great execution.

Was not at all what I was expecting. It was a lot smaller than I was expecting and even though the picture appeared when hot water was applied it wasn’t anything like what was advertised.

The coffee mug I purchased was extremely misleading and deceptive. The listing shows a detailed, dimensional figure/model, but what I received was just a flat picture sealed on the mug.

The actual product was less quality than advertised. The pictures looked great and 3-D, but the glass was flat and ordinary. Not worth the price.
