When I saw the ornament online, it did not look like it had a flat back, it looked like it was full all the way around. I also thought it would be a little bigger. This is a Christmas gift for a granddaughter who is a wrestling freak, I think she may be a little disappointed in this ornament.

The Batdad mug worked liked advertised. However, the mug is a lot smaller than advertised. While I can still read what is on the mug I expected it to be a lot bigger as advertised. So the mug size was pretty disappointing and misleading. You need to work on NOT misleading customers. I gave this a 3 rating because the mug works and the mug is a small 6-8 fl ounces….

I bought the Harry Potter Mischief Manager tumbler for my Sister as a Mothers Day gift. I thought that the price was a bit high but She is a Harry Potter nerd & I knew that she would love it. The quality seems good but trying navigate the website & page to customize it could have been better. I couldn't just enter the kids names in order because it would make the youngest the biggest & oldest kids the smaller one. After all that the tumber that was advertised as a mother's day present ordered April 24th didn't show up until after Mothers day on May 12th.

The mug itself is good - the graphics are as promised - it is just about half the size it appears in the ads. My wife really likes it but it is really really small.

The cup has a beautiful design and the word "MOM" has a nice texture. However, the main reason you get the cup is for the custom names and characters which you can barely even see. It's so small that when my wife opened it for mother's day, she couldn't even read her own name. So yeah, it's a cool cup but the main focal point is a disappointment.

The cup itself is good quality although the print of the names is way to small, can hardly see them

I received mug finally a day before mother's day. I could not read the names on the mug and it was very hard to get it to change. Water had to be scalding to change it. I message company trying to get a remake and no one ever contacted me.
