I should have read the reviews first before purchasing spooky family ornament cost a lot and never received it. They emailed me back saying be patient but, still now 30 days later nothing. I'm so pissed it was a special personalized christmas ornament. Never again will I get taken by scammers. Lesson learned!!!

I'm totally disappointed in all the ornaments I purchased! All are thin pieces of plastic! Nothing is as advertised! I want all my money back! This company should not exist! Ever! They are scamming people! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Product sent was falsely advertised. The picture showed one thing and I was sent something completely different. No one should buy this product it’s a complete scam!!

Pls. don’t buy anything, it’s been a month still waiting and USPS. said seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage, so I emailed them and response was updated tracking information, I contacted my CC company and got my money back.

I ordered an ornament and after waiting 30 days USPS informed me that the package was seized due to counterfeit postage and it would not be delivered. I had to email them multiple times to get a full refund! This company deserves 0 stars!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their products look nothing like what they advertise and are small, cheap plastic items. Horrible customer service, they do not stand behind their products. Then offer you a discount and never follow through with it. RUN as fast as you can. I would give the a zero if I could.
