If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I ordered our Christmas ornament 6 weeks ago and we are now in 2026 and it has not arrived. Contacted the company and their reply stated it takes about 3 weeks to receive what we ordered but still nothing. Will update if the product is ever received.

Customer service needs to be improved. Someone needs to rename this product. It is a cheap piece of plastic. Mine broke 2 days after Xmas. I was embarrassed to give this to my wife. Don't waste your time

The ad on Facebook was misleading about the size of the princess ornaments but my granddaughters were happy with then. didnt realize they were shipping from China so they were very late to be an advent gift.

I ordered the ornaments on 12-4-25. Still have not received them. This is the last tracking information. 2025-12-15 18:10 FRANKLIN PARK, IL, Accepted, Delivery Facility. Not sure where the ornaments are.

They are too small . Way too small. Cannot even wear them. They also arrived extremely late. Almost took 2 months to get here. Would never order from them again. Don’t recommend
