Made cheap and overpriced
Made cheap and overpriced , pictures of item is doctored to miss lead buyer. Top of pillow was open not even sealed. Want refund settled kn %85 and they sending only %50 do still working on this.

absolute garbage and trash
absolute garbage. what a fraud, product nowhere near what was advertised and wasnt worth anywhere near what they charged OH came late after christmas even though it was ordered early

Terrible item-DO NOT BUY!!
Terrible item-DO NOT BUY!!! Product is NOT as advertised, very deceptive picture on website. It’s a cheap piece of flat plastic! And of course, they are refusing a refund. They first offered me 1% and then raised it to 20%. They KNOW their product is inferior to what is shown. Again, save your $$, do NOT buy.

My order was to be a Christmas gift
My order was to be a Christmas gift. I received it 2 weeks after Christmas. Suggestion...let the customer know when to expect an item, especially around Christmas! I noticed my item was transported to around 10 locations from China to my address. Let people know UP FRONT, for God's sake, that the item is coming from China! My experience was very disappointing and I would recommend others to stay away from Macustom!

My experience seems the same as others
My experience seems the same as others. For the price I was expecting to get what I saw. A 3d ornament, but it was not. It was flat. Nice still though. Very overpriced for a flat ornament. Took longer then expected to have it delivered..

NOT AS EXPETED!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!!!
I was expecting a 3D ornament for the price. I received a flat plexiglass ornament that took approx. 3 weeks to deliver. Not to mention that it was way overpriced for what I received. Do not be fooled and do not order from this place.

I was expecting a globe ornament
I was expecting a globe ornament, In truth what I received was a flat ornament. Even the advertisement showed a globe.
