BIG Disappointment
The pillow is NOTHING like the picture! Don’t waste your money on this overpriced, poor quality item. It is truly underwhelming and a BIG disappointment!’

Product looks good and had no problem…
Product looks good and had no problem using it. While it arrived with no problem it was hard to track while in transportation. Other wise I am very happy with the product.

The AI photo in the advertisement…
The AI photo in the advertisement misrepresented what the product actually was and shipping took weeks to finally arrive. The description of what the product was actually further down into the product description so that was my fault.

NEVER buy from Macustom
The product were purchased as a Christmas present and arrived over 2 weeks late. Also, the picture shows a 3-dimension dragon sitting on a stack on three books. Instead we received a screen print stuffed pillow case. What a ripoff!

I was sent the wrong items and the…
I was sent the wrong items and the dragon pillow I ordered for my daughter’s Christmas present was not the same as 250 USA ornaments. Very disappointed. No refund available nor getting the correct item shipped to me.

Miss represented item
I was excited to get this military stuffed animal for my husband to represent his military background. It was completely disappointing. The picture that was shown was not what I received the cost was 49.95 and what I got for it was like a stuffed animal out of a crane game. I will never order from this company again they are very deceptive in what they say they are selling and in what you receive. I would attach pictures but there is not an option for it. Don’t purchase from this company.
